Guess who came back home with me?
So I'm trying to let that whole thing go, but still it was making a weird little noise since hitting a pin a few weeks back so they checked into that too. There were no obvious pock marks or snags in the bobbin case or needle plate, so what she tried was adding a bit of oil around the bottom edge of the bobbin case as well as the part that the bobbin case sits in, and you know what? That made a huge difference!! No ticking sound anymore!
They charged me nothing (awesome!) and I came home with my machine. Phew!! :) Thanks for all the encouraging comments earlier today. Onward......
