This project has been finished for a while but I wanted to wait to post it until after it arrived at its destination. A few months ago Kelli (check out her blog, Small Town Stitcher) e-mailed me to ask if I'd be willing to make her a Family Passport Wallet (pattern by Amber of 'One Shabby Chick'). I've made many of these, more than 10 I think, and for a quilty friend I was happy to do it. Kelli wanted a navy/mint/white colour combination, and this is what I came up with:
I was very pleased with how it turned out and I hope that you and your family will get a lot of use out of it, Kelli. We have travelled halfway around the world with ours and it has served us well so far!

Love the fabrics! I'm so tempted to get you to make me one but we never go anywhere that requires our passports so they will stay in a box! I have had many compliments on the beautiful purse you made though :)
Great job Heather! The wallet will have many stories to tell over the years, I'm sure!
Very nice! What a fun fabric combo.
Oh, love those fabrics! What a great little wallet :)
Love this wallet - these are my favourite colours too.

Very nice finish, Heather!
